They go above and beyond to help. They take their time to discuss the issue and even educate you as they go forward. They are right there when you need them, the people who schedule appointments are very nice and helpful as well. Mr. Hesse even came to my house and was terrific. Garret is a polite and helpful technician who also goes above and beyond. He answers all of your questions and makes sure you are satisfied. Great company!

This was a great service came out on the weekend within hours of our call Garrett made sure we had our air running in no time! He didnt have the part we needed because it was a part not in stock and very uncommon. He did in fact make some alternation of some things and just like that me and my girl where out of the heat! Just like Garrett said as soon as the part came in he was there to install it. I cant tell you how glad I am with my decision to use Hess! Thank you! 10 out of 10!!

Hesse Heat & Air quickly fixed our broken AC on one of the hottest days of the year. Our system went down Monday night and midway through the day Tuesday it was back up and running thanks to their great tech Tanner. He diagnosed the issues and was able to get the fixes done within about 90 minuets of showing up. Service felt very fairly priced and I would recommended them to anyone in the area needing HVAC service.

Brandon was extremely courteous and explained what was needed and going on with our A/C unit.. He returned the next day and his side-kick spotted the problem immediately as well.

What an amazing experience. I came home from a long weekend out of town to find my a/c out. I contacted my homeowners warranty company immediately. Only to get the run around for days on end (10 days to be exact). I decided to hire my own contractor and I called Hesse Heating & Air. They were available the next day and fixed my a/c in about 35 minutes. The technician was very thorough, checked inside and outside units, and took the time to explain his findings.

Brandon came out on an emergency call and was very prompt on arrival. He Had the problem diagnosed within 30 minutes called us back with a price. He was amazing. He was very kind and respectful, and we had absolutely no problems

Curtis, Nicole and Nate were amazing.

Our mini split in our bunkroom was periodically shutting down and several other repair companies could not determine why we were having this issue. The room was frequently too hot to be used during a Texas summer. Our technician from Hesse Heating and Air came out to take a look and spent quite a bit of time trying to problem solve. He was able to find a small part that was being affected by condensation and took care of that problem for us. It has been at least a month and our mini split is working perfectly, thanks to him!!

The folks at Hesse Heat & Air were responsive, knowledgeable and very helpful. They were quick to respond to a slightly stressed call for a backed up and leaking AC drain line. So grateful for such quick and courteous service.

Good technicians

AC condenser fan wouldnt run, called Hesse and I opted for the service to be done next day. Garrett fixed it in minutes with a new capacitor. Good communication!

My geothermal needed a little more water in the loop and they added it with no trouble. Knowledgeable about Geo is really nice and the tools to service it is great. Price was fair.

Tanner was able to identify the problem and we were back in the cool air pronto! Covered under warranty.

If you want cheap, call your brother in law. If you want the best, call Hesse. Best communication, best preparation, best installation, best service. And they treated a 130-year-old house with respect and kid gloves.

Got estimates from 2 local ac dealers in this area this past Monday for my shop. Both estimates were reasonable, each company rep that came out were very informative and professional. I went with Hesse in Gainsville because they offered a higher sear central air unit on their quote and they told me they could install it on Wednesday. The crew showed up at 8:30 Wednesday am and the shop temp was 72 degrees at 1:00 pm . This is one happy coonass! Thanks guys.

Victor was exceptional. Delivered in detail exactly what he was going to look for that may cause the problem. Once he had identified several areas which could be the problem. He started implementing solutions in the areas that presented potential trouble. Upon completion of the implemented solutions he verified functionality of the repairs. Upon completion of repairs he shared the visuals (pictures) and explained again in detail what was required to complete the repairs. DETAIL ORIENTED SERVICE AND A GREAT PERSON FULL OF TRUE HONESTY!

Victor is very knowledgeable and thorough. This results in minimal time spent in diagnosing and making needed repairs. He also is very easy to communicate with. I have not had as good of a service experience with a previous technician at my sons home for which the value provided was minimal for the cost of the service.

Fantastic HVAC company. Sean called when he was on his way to give me a heads-up. He diagnosed the issue quickly (sticking TXV) and was able to get it replaced promptly. He was very knowledgeable and extremely diligent in his work to ensure the repair was robust. He is now my go to guy for all work on my WF geothermal heat pumps. Honest, fair, competent and courteous. So glad I found them!

Trevor was great. He spent time with us reviewing all aspects of our system. We needed new duct and our zones were not working properly. Trevor set us up with a brand new Trane A/C and furnace and it was installed within 1 week of pulling the trigger!!!! The install crew was awesome. They provided an improved platform for the equipment in the attic and organized the new ducting. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jesse was wonderful today. He came out because we have what appeared to be either a leak or a furnace challenge leaking water. He was great at diagnosing that it wasnt the furnace and was a problem with our skylight. Such prompt service and we were very grateful for it.

Recently, I had an HVAC emergency and I was able to secure a appt for a tech. to come out the same day, even though it was after hours! They kept me in the loop the whole time, explained my options, and were just genuinely friendly people to work with. The customer service was awesome. Id definitely recommend them for any HVAC needs they made a stressful situation much easier.
