Our mini split in our bunkroom was periodically shutting down and several other repair companies could not determine why we were having this issue. The room was frequently too hot to be used during a Texas summer. Our technician from Hesse Heating and Air came out to take a look and spent quite a bit of time trying to problem solve. He was able to find a small part that was being affected by condensation and took care of that problem for us. It has been at least a month and our mini split is working perfectly, thanks to him!!

The folks at Hesse Heat & Air were responsive, knowledgeable and very helpful. They were quick to respond to a slightly stressed call for a backed up and leaking AC drain line. So grateful for such quick and courteous service.

Good technicians

AC condenser fan wouldnt run, called Hesse and I opted for the service to be done next day. Garrett fixed it in minutes with a new capacitor. Good communication!

My geothermal needed a little more water in the loop and they added it with no trouble. Knowledgeable about Geo is really nice and the tools to service it is great. Price was fair.

Tanner was able to identify the problem and we were back in the cool air pronto! Covered under warranty.

Got estimates from 2 local ac dealers in this area this past Monday for my shop. Both estimates were reasonable, each company rep that came out were very informative and professional. I went with Hesse in Gainsville because they offered a higher sear central air unit on their quote and they told me they could install it on Wednesday. The crew showed up at 8:30 Wednesday am and the shop temp was 72 degrees at 1:00 pm . This is one happy coonass! Thanks guys.

Victor was exceptional. Delivered in detail exactly what he was going to look for that may cause the problem. Once he had identified several areas which could be the problem. He started implementing solutions in the areas that presented potential trouble. Upon completion of the implemented solutions he verified functionality of the repairs. Upon completion of repairs he shared the visuals (pictures) and explained again in detail what was required to complete the repairs. DETAIL ORIENTED SERVICE AND A GREAT PERSON FULL OF TRUE HONESTY!

Victor is very knowledgeable and thorough. This results in minimal time spent in diagnosing and making needed repairs. He also is very easy to communicate with. I have not had as good of a service experience with a previous technician at my sons home for which the value provided was minimal for the cost of the service.

Fantastic HVAC company. Sean called when he was on his way to give me a heads-up. He diagnosed the issue quickly (sticking TXV) and was able to get it replaced promptly. He was very knowledgeable and extremely diligent in his work to ensure the repair was robust. He is now my go to guy for all work on my WF geothermal heat pumps. Honest, fair, competent and courteous. So glad I found them!

Trevor was great. He spent time with us reviewing all aspects of our system. We needed new duct and our zones were not working properly. Trevor set us up with a brand new Trane A/C and furnace and it was installed within 1 week of pulling the trigger!!!! The install crew was awesome. They provided an improved platform for the equipment in the attic and organized the new ducting. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jesse was wonderful today. He came out because we have what appeared to be either a leak or a furnace challenge leaking water. He was great at diagnosing that it wasnt the furnace and was a problem with our skylight. Such prompt service and we were very grateful for it.

Recently, I had an HVAC emergency and I was able to secure a appt for a tech. to come out the same day, even though it was after hours! They kept me in the loop the whole time, explained my options, and were just genuinely friendly people to work with. The customer service was awesome. Id definitely recommend them for any HVAC needs they made a stressful situation much easier.

Best HVAC company in the area. We have a service contract with them and they come every spring to check our system out. Victor is our service tech and he does a thorough job of servicing our system.

They do great work at reasonable price

Our HVAC was 21 years old and starting to give us small problems. The thing about that, that system hasnt been made in years so freon/parts are obsolete. Since my wife and I are not planning on moving, we decided to get estimates on system replacement. We got our first estimate from local a company and they were in the ballpark for cost on the research Id done. I knew my parents had their system replaced 2 years ago. I called to see who they used and they told me Hesse and gave me the number. I called Hesse to see if they service our area, which they did. I explained we were needing quotes on a new system. She had a comfort consultant, Trevor, at our place that afternoon. Trevor looked at our system, measured every room and window in our house and went to calculating. We found out, after 21 years, that we had a 3 ton system and our air intake filter was for a 2 ton system, main reason our home was so dusty! Trevor went over 5 options that we had to choose from being least expensive, middle and top of the line. He also explained how the unit would be installed in the attic and another intake would be installed in the ceiling to equal the intake needed for a 3 ton unit. After a couple of days deliberating pros/cons of each my wife and a decided on best fit for us and contacted Trevor. He ordered the unit and set up an install time. Unfortunately I had to work on install day but my wife kept me posted. She said Trevor along with 3 other pickups arrived at 845am and were completely done by 130pm. She said the installers were the most polite and courteous that weve ever had doing work in our home! Our new condensor has a concrete pad instead of fiberglass. The attic unit is mounted on a platform vs hanging from chains AND I now have a walkway from the top of the stairs to the unit! Oh, another thing.the intake was added in the ceiling. Bottom line, EVERYTHING Trevor said would be done was and it was completed above and beyond what I expected it would be! The best part, we now have a Trane (same brand as originallasted 21 years) and it was cheaper than other quotes with off brands! THANK YOU HESSE HEAT & AIR for what making what could have been a hectic experience very pleasant!

I needed help programming my thermostat and getting it linked to my phone. I also needed the HVAC system serviced and a new filter installed since we bought the home last summer from an individual. Curtis came in and explained everything about my system. He also helped me call Tranes customer service dept. to get me set up on the app and waited until it was complete before leaving.

I highly recommend Hesse HVAC in Gainesville, TX. I used them for repairs on an older heat pump system and then purchased a new system from them last year. Today Tanner came out to do a system check up. I like the idea that you receive notification of the service tech being on the way and they send along a photo of the tech and their name. Tanner thoroughly went over the system and answered my few questions. He was polite and professional, as all their employees have been. Give Hesse HVAC a call for your heating and air conditioning needs.
