Victor is always friendly, knowledgeable, HONEST, and trustworthy. Not to mention he is a true professional and knows his stuff!

Brandon came out to repair our a/c and did it thoroughly and professionally. Next day service! Very good job.

The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. We really appreciate their attention to detail and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Garrett T came out and diagnosed our AC quickly. They contacted me the day the replacement part came in and scheduled to come fix it the following morning. Again Garrett was quick and efficient and our AC is running great again

I had a wonderful experience with Sean from Hesse Heating and Air. He arrived quickly after I had called with an emergency. He was thorough, polite, gave different options and gave me the confidence to understand what actions I needed to take. He went up and beyond to provide us with a temporary solution. I highly recommend this company and their committed team!

Immediately responded to my urgent request for inspection of a perceived problem with my AC unit. Quickly completed an honest and thorough assessment of my AC system, without charging me for repair work I did not need done at this point. Rare to find these days! I was so pleased, I signed up for their yearly maintenance check program. Highly recommend Hesse HVAC!! Kind, courteous, honest!!

Victor came by our place with very little notice and explained in detail how our heating and air system was set up. He also listed ways to do preventative maintenance while also upgrading a few parts for better access and ease of use. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. A+ service and if I ever have issues again I know who to call.

I recently experienced an issue with my home's cooling system and contacted Hesse for assistance. Vic and Chance arrived promptly and efficiently resolved the problem. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Additionally, Cassandra was very kind and scheduled the appointment quickly. I am very satisfied with the service provided by H&S, especially the prompt and professional attention.

While we were away on an Alaskan cruise, our A/C stopped working. Coming home to that could have been a nightmare, but Trevor made the whole situation so much better. He was a delight to work withprofessional, responsive, and genuinely caring. His team arrived promptly, handled everything with skill, and got the job done right. Thanks to them, were now cool and comfortable in this hot Texas weather!

Working with Trevor and the Hess team from beginning to end was a great experience. There was plenty of clear communication about what was going to happen and when throughout the entire process. It was a multi-step, multi-day process, and at every part of the process, they were on time and completed the task successively with no drama. Went from a R-22 system to a modern HVAC environment. There were no surprises or hiccups. Changing out a complete HVAC systems is not a stress free activity, but Hess made it painless and got us up and running as quickly as possible. I chose them from all the competitive quotes/options i gathered because I felt they were the most professionally capable company to get the job done, and they more than proved that choice correct. Thank you Trevor and install team. Hundred thumbs up for them.

Gentleman that was out there did a thorough job. He explained everything that he did and showed me pictures of what he did. He answered my questions and issues were addressed the same day of service.

This two young men came out for a drain leak from unit n attic. Both very personable and professional. Flush not only drain from drip pan to porch , but also one that drains into bathroom below the unit.

Such an easy process dealing with Hesse and all the crew involved from the purchase and thru the install of our air units. All the techs were very polite and professional. Our customers even made comments about the installation crew. This was a big job and our offices had no down time. Great job men. Owner.

Trevor and his team did an amazing job. Initially Trevor came out and took some measurements to provide a quote. He answered all my questions, offered some advice when asked and didnt get overly technical. I appreciated his candor versus the used car salesman vibe I got from another competitor. Once I had all the info I needed some time to think it over and Trevor was very patient and available to answer any additional questions by phone and text. Once I decided to move forward the install was timely and efficient. Everyone on the team was respectful of my home and polite. I was surprised to see a new construction system including all ductwork installed in less than 2 days. I had a few minor issues after install but they were addressed immediately. On top of the great service the price was very reasonable and actually came in on the lower side of the 3 quotes I received. Additionally I was happy to see that the price I was quoted was the price I was invoiced. I fully expected to find additional costs once the install was complete, so I really appreciated that Trevor and Hesse stood by the agreed price. The included labor warranty sealed the deal and put my mind at ease with such a big expense. Trevor and Hesse gained my trust and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work in the area.

Hesse-Schniederjan Heating and Air has always done a great job. Ive used them since 2011. They installed my heat pump unit over 10 years ago and have serviced it annually. Ive never had a problem.
