Hesse Heat and Air did an excellent job! They came out to fix our thermostat and took the time to thoroughly check all of our equipment to make sure everything was running properly. Garrett T came out and diagnosed our AC quickly. They contacted me the day the replacement part came in and scheduled to come fix it the following morning. Again Garrett was quick and efficient and our AC is running great again

Sean came out to address an issue with a mini split. He arrived on time, took care to protect my floors, was clean, well prepared, and very knowledgeable. In no time I was back up and running. Exactly as quoted with no surprises on the bill. Great experience with Hesse, from booking to job completion, I will be sure to use them again should the need arise.

Immediately responded to my urgent request for inspection of a perceived problem with my AC unit. Quickly completed an honest and thorough assessment of my AC system, without charging me for repair work I did not need done at this point. Rare to find these days! I was so pleased, I signed up for their yearly maintenance check program. Highly recommend Hesse HVAC!! Kind, courteous, honest!!

Victor came by our place with very little notice and explained in detail how our heating and air system was set up. He also listed ways to do preventative maintenance while also upgrading a few parts for better access and ease of use. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. While we were away on an Alaskan cruise, our A/C stopped working. Coming home to that could have been a nightmare, but Trevor made the whole situation so much better.
